What is ARCA Management?
ARCA Management (PT Arah Rintis Cipta Teknologi) is an event organizer and event technology company based in Jakarta, Indonesia. We plan and run corporate events, government programs, conferences and forums, and we built Genstix, our own ticketing and registration platform. Our clients include Indonesian ministries, state-owned enterprises, industry associations and brands such as Pertamina, SKK Migas and Samsung.
Is ARCA Management an event organizer or a technology company?
Both, as one company. ARCA Management runs events on the ground and builds the technology behind them: event microsites, online registration systems, email automation, attendee databases and the Genstix ticketing platform. That is why ARCA is described as an event organizer in some places and as an IT solutions company in others.
What services does ARCA Management offer?

What is Genstix?
Genstix (genstix.id) is the digital ticketing platform developed by ARCA Management. It covers secure QR e-tickets, payment gateway integration, real-time sales dashboards, self check-in with on-the-spot name tag printing, and attendee management.
